brittany tiedman,had made videos and taking modeling picture way before she was on the internet, she was 10 when she started the small photoshoots with the throw away camera, and she loved the camera even before then always wanting her picture taken as a child was the only good time in her childhood that she wants to remember, at the age on 12 she started recording her videos, also making vlogs on VHS tapes being around her family and friends and then some lip syncs.
those videos, the 3 years on recording home movies on that VHS camera had stopped when she goten her first digital camera.
she started out in the internet through myspace posting her modeling pictures and random videos in 2007. and continued to just go through myspace until she decided to use a website called deviantart in march,22,2009 she never really like her real name and decided to use a stage name instead,watching the underworld movies she took a liking to the name selene, and made that her modeling name, SeleneTiedman. the views of course started off very slow but as the more picture she posted the more watchers she had gotten
she made her first youtube channel called brittanyheather in jan,3.,2008 was before using deviantart.
her videos where just random videos about her and her friends in the apartments,

and after she started up her deviantart profile in 2009 and created her user name SeleneTiedman she decited to make a new youtube for behind the scenes
and vlogs [video blogs] and created TheSeleneTiedman.
why THESeleneTiedman?
she made another youtube account that was just selenetiedman but she had forgotten her password, and used someone elses email for her email.
why? she still doesnt know to this day.
she started off slow with the youtube views,which she didnt care much about.

after awhile she had decided to make a daily vlog, but that didnt last long cause of the low amount of views. so she only did when something interesting was happening or when a special event was going on.
february 2,2010 through january 16,2011 she did a vlog every other day.
then she started only doing it once a week.
the views where still down and low only in the 70s and she was getting tired of recording so much while getting so little.
selene watched more and more other youtubers and found out that they could get paid for their videos. and thought she would give it a try.
with money being tight and jobs alomst impossible to get in the town she lives in. why not get paid for something she does all the time already?
but only have 60 subscribers wasnt going to get her paid anytime soon.
so she tried other things besides her vlogs, started doing skits and belly dancing and juggling videos in january 14,2011 the belly dancing and juggling anyways the skits started up on april 8,2011 after creating a character named elina scarlet. a gothic friend living with her. as she trys to deal the the fact that elinas parents kicked her out for her not going in the right direction they wanted her to.
now elina lives under her care until she can get to her feet and which looks like thats not going to happen to soon.
the skits,belly dancing, and juggling spiked the views up to 1,000+ views.
also with the help of another youtuber jesse malaia.
her vlogs started getting up to 200+ views on each video.
and on july 1st 2011[somewhere near there] her goal came true. her videos where now able to be paid for.
and now with 300+ subscribers and 300+ views she know works harder to entertain her views and to get more viewers as well.
coming out in september 11,2011 her skit series will start up with a new character carla garnet a preppy cousin runs away from home and goes to selene cause they use to be close when they where younger, but they dont get along now, as elina gets upset cause carla gets the room elina has been trying to get.
the series will last for a month, every week on wednesday, and then will stop, if viewers like it then she will continue.
deviantart she still continues to do, even though it seems selene has gotten more into the youtube deal then with her modeling on deviantart its still the one thing she wants to do, having many chances at becoming a model but having to turn them down cause has no money to get there, another reason why she wanted to start getting paid from youtube was to save up the money to perhaps one day get a chance to do what she loves.
she at least trys to post a photoshoot once a week.
will she ever stop making videos and photoshoots? at this rate deffentanly not anytime soon

Belly dancing and juggling:
Selene started belly dancing in 2004 after getting into shakira.
she had only went to two classes in 2010 with her friend heather, and most of what she knows she had taught herself.
she has never preformed in front of people or on a stage. cause of her health causing problems to preform for a long time. she only preforms in her videos.
she and her friend heather had opportunitys to preform in fairs, her friend heather has preformed cause she took the classes and had to. but she hasnt preformed in a long time.
selene is also way to shy to want to preform in front of people the camera is bad enough as she says.

her black gothic she just put the chains onto the top and belt. took 3 days to make
the red, she had sown fabric onto a bra and made the hip skirt out of fabric and beads took 3 weeks to make.

Juggling she started after watching a youtuber olga kay.
she had tried to juggle before but didnt really have a reason to give it to much of a try but on january 13,2011 she decided to try again for her own videos and learned how to juggle three balls in one day.
juggle she had also taught herself. and caught of completely.
